Before we wait to see ALL of the commercials on Super Bowl Sunday, here are a few more that have been released:
1. General Motors gave us the full version of their “Austin Powers” reunion with Mike Myers back as Dr. Evil, and Rob Lowe, Seth Green, and Mindy Sterling. Sadly, there’s no Mini-Me, because Verne Troyer is no longer with us. But Dr. Evil does have a new grandson, who he calls “Baby-Me”. (Watch the full commercial here.)
2. DOJA CAT covered HOLE’s “Celebrity Skin” for Taco Bell. She plays a student in clown school and makes an escape with a group of friends to “Live Mas”. COURTNEY LOVE even wrote updated lyrics. (It’s a subtle jab at McDonald’s, with the clowns and the line about the ice cream machine still being broken. Watch the full commercial here.)
3. JIM CARREY returns as Chip Douglas from “The Cable Guy” in a teaser for Verizon. He’s suited up with a tool belt and drill and all. (Watch the teaser here.)
4. Uber Eats has a new teaser. This one stars Nicholas Braun from “Succession” and he’s reminding people that it’s a one-stop shop for Valentine’s day, with strawberries, whipped cream, chocolate, and roses. (Watch the clip here.)
5. Halle Berry is surrounded by kittens in an ad that’s airing during the PUPPY BOWL for Caesars Sportsbook and Best Friends Animal Society. She’s playing with the kittens and encouraging viewers to foster. (Watch the commercial here.)
