Connoisseur Media Long Island is seeking a passionate and experienced Local Sales Manager to join our award-winning sales leadership team. This is a hands-on role focused on training and mentoring local Account Managers, cultivating strong relationships with Long Island businesses, and driving revenue growth through creative, locally tailored solutions.
Connoisseur Media Long Island operates in Market #21 and is a leader in both radio and digital advertising. Our brands include WALK 97.5, WWWF—103.1 The Wolf, WWSK—94.3 The Shark, WKJY—KJOY, and WHLI, along with a strong portfolio of local events and our digital division, Ferocious Digital.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of local Account Managers to achieve and exceed sales goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local advertisers, community leaders, and business owners
- Create and implement sales strategies that highlight the unique strengths of our local stations and digital platforms in conjunction with the goals of the advertiser
- Partner with programming, marketing, and digital teams to design integrated campaigns for Long Island businesses
- Provide regular training, mentorship, and skill development for the sales team to ensure continued growth and success
Job Requirements:
- Experience in broadcast media sales, with a proven track record of local market success
- Interest and/or background in training, mentoring, and developing sales teams
- Ability to create custom programs for local clients that deliver measurable ROI
- Knowledge of and passion for the Long Island business community is helpful
- Willingness to live on or relocate to Long Island
